If you weren't going to add a second bath, you should realize it is not desirable with just one.There is a storage room that is a part of the house on the opposite side of the wall that would perfectly fit a washer and dryer in it if we just flipped the pipes around.

I think that weeds out a lot of owners including me (and I am very Pro Detroit).Have you considered section-8. they may want to inspect the house and have you make certain repairs important to them.I like the storage shed out back, and the area to the left of the shed, maybe (Mayby??)
