For people from Dallas / Fort Worth area, Houston, or Southern California, where they are already accustomed to traffic and spending 30-45 mins to get somewhere, living 15 miles away isn't as big of a deal.

See Brandon is on the opposite spectrum from me.His bread and butter is managing and mine is selling.That's like me putting in a clause that if you buy through me you have to choose me to manage it and the fees will be really fat.I don't manage because I don't like it and I love the art of the deal.I wouldn't force myself onto a buyer or seller for management when it's not my forte.

The polygon mapping, wide range of built-in criteria (vacancies/owner-resident/probates), custom/keyword search capability, and yellow letter generation all seem worth the cost as multiple services and websites would normally be needed to manage so much.Subscription to the service would be an investment :), though I see real potential for its return to my pocket very soon.Has anyone in Houston, San Antonio or Dallas / Fort Worth used other similar sources for data and searches; maybe even those focused entirely on Texas markets as is Real Acquisitions?
