Be frank about it; a green wholesaler eager to get in the trenches and find deals is better than a lazy seasoned wholesaler who right about now is complaining how hard it is to find deals...To add value you need to do 5 things for me (they are simple, I promise): Be realistic throughout your calculations and appraisals.

They will tell you whatever you want to hear but get into the details and I assure you its all BS and you are going through the same underwrite as if you dialed any HML off the internet.With that being said, I have found one or two folks who actually live up to the promises of the LOC, its still not really a line of credit, not even close, but they will do a much less strenuous underwriting for each deal once you are approved and this si worth it from my perspective.
