I just finished the work on my 2nd flip project and I wanted to post a few pictures on here.

We are wholesaling a foreclosed property and intended to do a double closing.

When an applicant answers "yes" to pets, they get my pet application which requires a picture of the pet. 

No need to chase divorcees down the hall.You get the picture.  

Be Active on BP, and I encourage to put a picture as it helps with credibility. 

I double checked the monthly insurance and it did make a huge difference in the cashflow.
