Everyone I ask has their own opinion, but definitely the most common response I get is if the whole house is electrical baseboard then the tenants are going to have extremely high electric bills in the winter (Boston area).

I do follow and analyze companies inventing and deploying disruptive technologies in industry groups where I have a financial interest, including real estate, (renewable) energy production, transportation, and agriculture. 

Situations change quickly.I am surprised about Boston.

But when I see NYC prices in Boston I get a weird feeling in my stomach.

Often you have the ability to check for previous fires, chemical issues and ambulance transports.

Here's whats funny, the judge is allowing some of the silly stuff like making it a dumb@ss misdemeanor for harboring/transporting illegals.
