Just yesterday, I helped a fellow BP member go under contract on a STR in South Central PA.

I think that this could be a great way to find people I could help get their homes sold by assigning them to a contractor/investor buyer.

The second agent helped me buy the house originally.

Or rent for less long term.IF I can make this Lake Front property a successful 30 day furnished rental, it will allow help pay for my parents care in assisted living, and reduce the draw down on their savings (and preserve my inheritance).
