Is there anyone on here that knows what the market is like for mobile home investing in the northwest Georgia area (Acworth, Kennesaw, Hiram, Carollton; Paulding County, Cobb County and basically going west on I-20 from Lithia Springs in Douglas County toward Alabama)?

., whom use Airbnb to find places with flexible terms without having to sign a 12 month lease... they'll pay a premium for it and you'll do well if you set the property up with that in mind.You may be interested in what @alewilliamson (Al Williamson) is doing, and he could provide some insight on helping figure out if it cash flows...
