It is largely known for its lake though the property is around 10 minutes from the lake, there is also a very popular skiing and snowboarding resort close, in the winter it gets 4 or 5 feet of snow and people come to snowmobile and enjoy the snow.

We get cold winters up here, I mean COLD!...

They used to even charge 50 bucks more for it in the winter months than they did in the summer months.

However, in terms of monetary payments, I have been setting aside any and all money they get for birthdays and holidays in addition to adding what I believe is a fair days wages for any work they have done for me. 

@Brandy Vee - I ran into this issue this winter, too.

I have gotten recommendations for Hull, Holiday, and Holiday as well as Williams, Zinman, and Parham.

As much as it was exhausting, I never hated going to the house (it was not heated and I was working through a bad/cold winter).

I figgered you guys cut me off for posting Hawaii pics during the winter! 

Be aware though even when "calendar days, as opposed to business days, are stated, when the deadline falls on a Saturday/Sunday it may automatically be extended to 5:00pm Monday (if Monday is not a holiday).

Do you have the same issue in the winter with heat?
