However, the buying pressure on the Portland market is certainly still very strong.People want to live here for the location and weather alone, I don't see that changing much.Portland is not what it once was ~5 years ago, and I think it is important to remember that the trend here in Portland (much like nationally) is to move a little further out of the city and into the surrounding suburbs.
