What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Has anyone had dealings with a company that places disaster victims in temporary housing?

There is lingo, people, and anaylsis that are done in the commerical space that in my opinion felt a bit more difficult.  

The right person can easily make over $100k in real estate sales.

If you are going to hang tight I would leave more in.

Now in the third generation most of us don't do it because there's a separation in what my immediate family values, and what the extended family values.

i do also think there is something to be said for being in a strong financial position.and they're probably tied together.
