There are areas in Asia that you can buy into developments such as up and coming resorts and high rise luxury apartment buildings.The strategy is to buy in the planning stage early and have ownership while it’s being built then the price of what you bought will appreciate quite a bit when it’s done.

I dont have much capital, so would borrowing money from lenders be a good idea being in the beginning stage?

The amount of effort and moving parts behind the scenes to acquire, properly rehab, go through inspection, issue a warranty, place a good tenant, and manage that tenant properly is utterly GARGANTUAN. 

So, if you have cash, basically you can bid on any hud property during the owner occupant stage as long as you have the intent to live there you’re good.

This is the short version. 1: Meet the teams 2: Get referrals 3: You have your Real Estate goals written out ( business and life goals ) 4: Personally view all stages of teams projects. ( finished rehabs, pre-rehab and ongoing rehabs. 5: Property management most important and who it is and their system.Hope this helps.
