If you get the right person (fairly hit or miss) they are knowledgeable, the issue is you won't know if you have the right answer when you speak to them.Another approach would be to contract in one name and assign the contract to the ETC name.

It requires a solid foundation of real estate knowledge and you deal analysis skills.

Believe me, when it comes time to put up or shut up and make the big decisions in real estate, having that degree and knowledge will allow you to make bigger moves faster than your competitors.
