I own a paid off SFH investment property and also a FOURPLEX investment property that is also paid off, would it be better to cash out refi or do a heloc on the SFH or FOURPLEX.

Anyone investing in a product new to them is never going to have perfect knowledge going in; extensive knowledge is accumulated over time, and, well, if you wait for perfect knowledge you’ll never invest.

I was recently looking into wholesaling in PA around the Wilkes-Barre area and was wondering about the overall laws and regulations.

This creates a lot of buzz around the property and has everyone and their grandmothers talking about it!

I'm guessing they get these phone numbers, use them, then dump them. 

My first batch with the skip tracing company I used was mostly disconnected lines and out of date.
