Overall, I’m most interested in buy-and-holds, with a primary focus on condos, SFRs, and small multi-family.

I love being able to help people I meet along the way and get to enjoy the luxury of being able to have my family first; even though at times those things get lost in translation, I don't ever let that get in the way because I am focused, dedicated and reminded everyday why I must and want to do the things I do w/LOVE!  

We are vertically integrated and focus on highest/best value add.

you may find some value in the RAREBIRD group they have monthly meetings.. that are focused and not just a social meet up.. run by two sharp guys..

:) We recently relocated to Covington, Kentucky and will be focusing our investment efforts in northern Kentucky (Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties).

The focus is really on building a robust LLC for the intended purposes, such as holding real property in Texas.That said, we are not tremendous fans of the series LLC. 

I can't find much on this list ... most talk about liens focuses on tax liens.
