Aside from that this group and forum are a wealth of information, use this as a resource educate yourself as much as possible in the expenses, pro, cons etc.. and everything else that goes into investing in any particular niche. 

I think leverage is one of my biggest obstacles, if not the biggest, for my unique situation.

@Natalie Kolodij I like the idea of working with a bigger firm that would potentially have many resources to cover a broad range of niches.

I cannot speak for the whole country, and this year is very unique because of the pent-up demand, but your biggest months will be July and August

Though, it's a great niche if you're willing to learn and can take the time to build relationships and establish rapport with others.

It teaches how to make it among the top 25% of properties in a given area and includes a ton of social support, networking with top 1% realtors and lenders, very niche CPA's and lawyers, and a ton of extra content about building the brand, how to be featured on travel blogs, ramp up your facebook advertising, etc.

I think will be a super unique event compared to other note conferences for new and advanced investors.

Michael, I was able to do something pretty unique in 2020 due to the CARES Act.
