I recommend timber investing, have you looked into that?

Personally I wouldn't get into an investment that only provided a 5% CoC return.

Real Estate investing and management of all my properties is all I do.

We already own a primary residence and vacation home, so this will be seen as an investment property.

I would also look at long-term rentals in the area with a trusted agent or even just browsing Zillow.
