Homeowners insurance claim for new roof/gutters and exterior paint.

One item that I was curious to ask here is a swag for dealing with a roof leakage (see below) - is this just an easy fix just using sealant + repainting the interior or can be a more expensive item?

My capex budget includes but not limited to: roof 25 year life span, floors normally 10 years but tile will be 20 or 25 years, appliances and hot water heater 12 years, hvac 20 years, bath and kitchen remodel 20 years, etc.

@Rickey Hughes Yes, you're going to need some money to do the business.

Monthly receipts are enough to cover most repair/maintenance issues, including something major like a roof or furnace replacement.

Remember, for the incorporated entities (and I think even partnerships maybe) you are going to need a separate bank account and operate WITHOUT co-mingling your personnal and business funds.

Victor,Before you start calling around I would recommend gathering some info:1. is there knob & tube or aluminum wiring2. when were the systems updated and was it full or partial updates: - Roof - Electrical - Plumbuing - Heating For the Electric a) are there circuit breakers or fuses b) what amp service For Plumbing a) any pex piping.
