Looking to buy, does anyone have advice for this area?

I thought I could change things and I was trying to be a steward for my city.

Travis, with the utilities, also remember most providers will require a deposit from new users, which will most certainly upset a MTR tenant.A thought on inventory, I would be mindful of the counts on small kitchenware items and towels from the presentation aspect. 

I would love to hear your thoughts on the value of a second unit in this particular area. 

I've interviewed a few CPA's and am always hesitant due to cost, any thoughts around this are also appreciated!

We have no previous experience with renting of any kind.Question: would it be advisable to start with a studio or 1br condo that's within 15 minutes of the slopes, on which we could make monthly payments if we had to and build equity and then trade up in a few years or go right for what we want now and be prepared to work like heck to book it year round?
