I kept running the numbers and numbers don't lie, so we bought it anyway. 

I have also worked in the Finance field in aviation and software technology, but real estate has always been a joy and excitement for me.

It felt like a lie or inexperience on her part.

I don't know if the information about their current lease not ending until the end of July is true, but I believe it to be a lie.

My interest at this time mainly lies rentals, but could see expanding into rehabbing at some point in the future.

We have all of the legal set up for Title III, but I don't anticipate implementing the technology needed ahead of other features until there is more track record to see if anyone can make it work.  

I guess my real question lies in what other opportunities are out there in your market or area that you could add to what you are doing? 

And I have to say that I was impressed with what lies beneath on your house.

Each time I have made the jump to the newer technology, I have found that very shortly someone will come out with a better product with more features.  

I look forward to the remaining trials that lie ahead of me, as I want to show others that success is attainable.
