It'll have to be something like a tech industry crash or a crash of some sort from China. 

Well they sell you on either at minimal deductible of $50-100 each trouble call, then you call in and they say we will send someone out ti fix it within 48 hours all you have to do is have the make and model number of everything covered under the warranty or they can't even schedule a service tech to come out.  

Craigslist wont let you post multiple identical ads with different subjects but the same content. they can detect if the content is identical and usually flag it or rival users will flag it.

Instead of re-glazing, which is basically a high-tech paint job, and replacing, which involves chopping out the old one and replacing it with a 2-part tub & surround combo (necessary in my homes), a relining is a drop in acrylic shell that's precisely matched to the make and model of the old tub.It's supposed to cost a lot less than a completely new tub (you're not removing the old one) and more of an upgrade than refinishing.

That's almost definitely because of the sustained tech boom that never really went away.

I also passed the US-PAP Appraisal Exam in NYC, but have not done my 2000 hour "trainee" portion as of yet {I was an appraiser in California - no reciprocity w/NYC - coastal rivals :(}. 

One of them who is the owner of 3D in LA  who owns a citation X  talks about a guy name Sullivan and how well he did for him. and others talk about this same success coach.. and there is a  club called TECH..

I work with two folks who aren't quite as tech savvy and may prefer a more "manual" method of payment.
