He's licensed so he's not the cheapest and not the most expensive but we've found him to be dependable and do quality work so we always recommend his team. 

All depends on the relationship, though I did hire a cigar / drinking buddy to do some contract work but this was only after I helped him sheetrock some walls and learned what he was capable of.

Or if you can find a really small location like 50 units buy that to learn.
