Does everyone think this is true, are all buildings going to have issues with them, and I am not referring to cosmetic ones?

If such a great tenant whats the issues right :) 

Will there be an issue if I change it to LTR or MTR after a year? 

She had always paid on time no issues but after the event she has fallen behind.

We have been trying to work with Vacasa to manage it as a short term rental but we keep running into issues with their final inspection. 

I offered the tenant to hire a plumber, but unless it’s a defective plumbing issue like corrosion, they will be responsible for the cost.

Account Closed Since this is within the close friends, no issues on any "common expenses".  

The clerk told me to bring a written letter since title had not been issued yet and it has paused everything.

And I'm not even talking about the logistics issues, having people on the ground, having knowledge of the laws.
