Marketing softwares, tactics, text blasting, dealers, etc… thanks!!

What software are you using for pricing discounts on non-performing loans sales by the state? 

I don't mind paying that much if this is what will make things easy for my family after I'm gone, however...I have also read some things online about being able to setup a trust with some basic software and self-education for less than a couple hundred dollars.

We submitted paperwork for eviction and still waiting to get a court date.

My partners and I started out with RentRedi but have had numerous problems in a short amount of time from tenants having trouble navigating and submitting payments to an unhelpful support team as well as long payment processing times (usually takes a week for initiated payments to hit our bank account. 

I even tried it on some tax software myself and confirmed it.

It seems like the software is changing fast, and there are so many options. 

Seriously the best free PM software/website out there.

Seems like my agent doesnt know too much about this process or doesnt want to take it on as in submitting an offer.
