So there really aren't many acquisition costs for FFE.However, I often want to upgrade to fit my style/brand.

A SFH is a life style decision as opposed to a investment.

If I were you, I would come up with a reasonable compromise between the higher priced homes with more acreage and the lower priced homes that do not exactly fit the location/style/updates of your place and see how the home performs.

It’s a win win, lower usage, good returns, and we check that box for washing machines in the buildings.Your money is going to be made in the lease agreement, PM style.

You adjust your life style to that goal.
