i just received this "potential lead" minutes ago  ( Providence, Rhode Island), its a 2 building property, one unit is a 3 family and the other one, one family, he tells me that in the 1 family we cannot go in an see because he has a tenant under section 8 and is going thru the eviction with the court. the other 3 unit house is vacant due to renovation he was working on it and seems to stop. told me hes not desperate to sell bu, but i know my fellow Dominicans lol, hes a avoiding a low blow from me on the price.im looking to see if i should wholesale this to a landlord, seller finance (he owns free and clear) or hard money lending so i can fix and hold. wow!

Many have stopped looking at homes as it cost arm and a leg to own housing.I am not a strong supporter of using median home prices for comparison.

I practically stopped listening to music and television all together.  

When I backed out all the way and informed them about the stop payment, the brother starts texting me all kinds of crazy rude things.

I am sure this maybe a small venture for must but i am hopeful in getting some advice on this Comercial deal..It has 6 one BR apartments and 2 store fronts.

But money is what's stopped me from moving forward on my own.

These HOA's and COA's committing Extortion on us Real Estate Investors and it has to stop. 

I stopped studying rei because I thought you needed a lot of capital to start and it was slow churning process like my brother.

It is revitalizing and close to bus stop, downtown and 2 major highways.

The deed restrictions and financing restrictions are an extension of this, they are not the only controls in place to stop illegal flipping, but it is where these rules originally came from
