Additionally, if anyone is aware of any real estate agencies in the area that have more focus on property management or specialist that help investors, I'd love to hear about them.So, like most folks, we'll be looking for a small multi-family except in the areas around Peoria, Glendale, Surprise, Goodyear (we'd be willing to look in areas closer to downtown but we haven't even visited the area yet to make that call).

She's a VR specialist in San Diego and does both management and sales for VR's.

This has happened three other times.I have notified the tenants to make sure they don't just throw raw trash into the bins without bagging them up first, or to not throw in tall objects like a stick which prevents the lids from fully closing, then the odor draws the creepers to the bins. 

I would say step back a bit and look at it objectively.

Each team member is a specialist that has certain skills that they bring to the business.

Knowing the answers to my questions sure would help me overcome the objections I'm getting.
