We had smoke but it was tolerable.

Nobody is doing this guy any favors by blowing smoke up his a**.

As long as the lights turn on ,working windows to puff their 8$ a pack smokes out of , the fridge keeps their beer cold and there’s a place to hook up their 65” plasma tv they are content .

There are plenty of wealthy people who know all kinds of sports stats, drink and smoke like a fish, and work at jobs they hate.

I mean I look at the meat counter at Costco and steaks are now 15 to 30 bucks a pound  salmon ( granted line caught and fresh) is 25. a pound etc etc.. 

Just make sure that you add in the lease no smoking is permitted.

But far too many positivity types are really just blowing self-help smoke.

More homeless people peeing on the sidewalks, people smoking marijuana in the streets and overall less policing.
