Something to keep in mind if you don't want to bother with a website (I haven't used one for my investing business for years) is simply create a gmail [email protected] It's sometimes a hassle to have to log in to your hosting account just to send an email and...Google seems to be pretty respectable in a lot of folk's eyes.

I simply stated that there is no actual "cost to the $ invested" There is only a decision as to what tyope of return you as the investor want, and a decision can be based on the calculations.I think we are just looking at the same picture from two different angles.

:0 Alex, if you don't feel like subscribing to realty trac or some of these other (pre) foreclosure websites, simply go to county recorder's office or contact county recorder's office in your target market and acquire list of Lis Pendens, NOD's nearing default (to be auctioned).

That original seller, who is still on the hook for the mortgage, will no doubt tell everyone that you did not live up to the promise.Not to mention that the original seller is going to sue you and they just might win.
