What’s a realistic IRR to expect on a long term rental in the current market?

Pleasant but my agent did not recommend that area for rental, especially medium term (my strategy). 

I am looking for suggestions on how to host these on a platform using AI and other new technology to help people match with a lender or build a list of investors for multi family, self storage, assisted living, short term rentals, mobile home parks, new construction etc.

Hi Yesenia, As a foreign national investor, you will be able to finance properties with long term DSCR loans and short term hard money loans. 

The terms used when describing floodplain areas have specific meanings.

You definitely aren't going to have a great predictable return, especially in the short term, if you try to invest turnkey; at least at the single family and small multi-family level.
