Now I have a storage building that I keep extra washers, dryers (gas & elec), hot water tanks (gas & elec), stoves (gas & elec), refrigerators, lumber, shingles, etc. and 3 trailers to haul all that stuff around. 

I pull furnaces and water tanks from all my vacants in Detroit.

Took me an hour to dig down and find the leak, and less than 20 bucks for a 3/4 inch shark bite fitting. 

It's costing me about 2.5-3k for a septic tank.

After about a month of living there I found out the pressure tank (home had well water) had failed.

Do they require septic tanks?

The appeal process simply involves a donkey from the bank calling the donkey, tanking appraiser and asking, "would you reconsider your value of the property?"

We have an executed contract and waiting to hear from the bank....the people leaving at the whose had been evicted ( by the bank) last week.I was able to see better the property after the eviction happened, and I found two issues:- All appliances were taken ( Washer, Dryer, Stove and Fridge)- By talking to the neighbors I found out the property has a septic tank and is not connected to the city sewer , this was not disclosed on the original listing of the property.The question is ??
