In the past, it wasn't worth dealing with an aggressive tenant, so I just waited it out (after experiencing enough loss of sleep).What you might consider is offering the tenant a portion of their security deposit back on the day they hand over the keys (if there's no damage) instead of making them wait, in exchange for cooperation in showing the unit.

I keep a running list of buyers and agents I don't take offers from for various reasons.Russell:If he does refuse to present any future offers from us, it would put him in breach of his professional obligations.We do not make many offers in a year and we make no offers without investing significant effort into our underwriting ... even for a residential property.
