They will sue anyone and everyone and let the system prove who owns and owes what. and for those, like me, that assumed land trusts would amount to something, your first round of interrogatories will ask you to divulge (sworn testimony subject to perjury laws) all trusts that you benefit from and/or administer....there goes your big secret.
