Our county has a very easy user friendly web system for property taxes.

Does anyone know of any title companies that do double closings in south Texas, I’ve called the ones I can find the correct numbers for on the web and they’re either confused or never heard of it.

At least that was my assumption and it made sense for how they could offer such a great web portal for free.

Those agents who do not hold those values show themselves quickly in our industry and gain a reputation even faster. 

I would also argue that the cost of maintaining your own is far too high, particularly from a web security perspective.I have seen everything from .5% to 4% online for transaction fees, so there is definitely a range.

Finding a reputable lender and real estate agent who knows the area, process and programs would be my first recommended steps. 

Do you have reputable vendors to make repairs?

Reputations and perceptions of an area can change way before the data reflects it. 

You are now competing with national builders with a reputation.
