Should I raise rent within this next year to have everybody at the same price?

So I am licensed in CO and am starting to get into actually flipping property. I have a client I've done some deals with (he flips houses) who has done very well and is on board with me getting more skin in the gam...

As I keep raising the percentages I'm holding back, my first two criteria keep falling.What criteria do you use?

When I asked how many people were there because of the post on BP and about 20% of the room raised their hands, it was pretty cool.

I tried using turn-key guys to get into a dozen markets at the same time - it didn't work out well as I was entirely dependent on them for results and most were just marketing arms with no muscle or real intention of delivering what they had promised.

Not sure what better options she has as my location is quite nice.In theory, I should raise rents but this has been an excellent tenant and has been headache free for the last 8 years.

I have been offered a Corporate Rental, but it raised the issue and I think it's an interesting question.BTW, I've never rented a house before!

Shifting the cost of utilities to the tenant when you competition has utilities included may not help you much.If you competition does not include utilities, then raise the rent to compensate.

It was mentioned how I can survive and it is simply because I am lucky enough to be able to pay a low rent and because I was raised in a home where we had to be very frugal and I don't spend much on "experiences" or things that aren't necessities.
