High risk investing comes with headaches and so does the BRRR strategy, contrary to popular belief.To me value is a solid asset with very predictable maintenance and CapEx costs, and low risk tenants.I look for things that will never go out of style like off street parking, in suite laundry, nice location, spacious living quarters, and updated mechanicals.Those investments seem to provide a different kind of returns which I am most interested in...

Some may prefer not to and opt for something like ShinePay which I was heavily considering but the device itself is relatively expensive, they take $4 for every $100 and it just seems like there's room for more issues to arise whether it be with the software and/or its components, customer support, increase in fees in the future, compatibility issues with tenant's phone, etc., etc.
