Some may prefer not to and opt for something like ShinePay which I was heavily considering but the device itself is relatively expensive, they take $4 for every $100 and it just seems like there's room for more issues to arise whether it be with the software and/or its components, customer support, increase in fees in the future, compatibility issues with tenant's phone, etc., etc.

At the very least you should have a local 'agent' that you can call on to handle issues that arise & drive by now and then to make sure the home is being taken care of.
