currently a senior in college. been reading bp books, attending webinars, listening to podcasts, and trying to learn as much as possible. going to do a house back once i graduate. what are steps i should be taking now to prepare?

@Joshua Jones -  Now sure how to pull permit records in your specific county, but figure that out and you can pull permit records to see the GC and tradesmen info and then reach out. 

During review attorney passed along that a there's a decommissioned underground oil tank, I saw reports/permits from state of that.

It’s only taking so long because I have college and my student housing now to pay for.

This is why it's important to properly vet a location and neighborhood to make sure a STR will be permitted and welcome.
