You always need a CapEx allowance, and based on the condition you can see the roof of this property is in and zero interior photos, I would guarantee that the downstairs is going to need significant renovation, and the upstairs is in rough shape with a Section 8 tenant who is waiting to be carted out of there in an ambulance and deposited in a Medicare-funded facility.Gabriel, this is the kind of place that would be run by an investor like me, a local handyman experienced at working with the local systems and officials who would be able to run this place at minimal cost.

(a) A landlord is liable to a tenant or a governmental body according to this subchapter if:(1) after the tenant or government official or employee makes a request for information under Section 92.201, the landlord does not provide the information; and(2) the landlord does not give the information to the tenant or government official or employee before the eighth day after the date the tenant, official, or employee gives the landlord written notice that the tenant, official, or employee may exercise remedies under this subchapter if the landlord does not comply with the request by the tenant, official, or employee for the information within seven days.

Yes it is already zoned as an RM-1I couldn’t find the original plans of the house though.... it looks like some crazy extensions have been made and I’m not sure they are ‘official’.
