So in theory the rate should move down to 150-200bps at least for them "to survive".Will the Fed do it ?

For example, if you typically mow the grass on Mondays and you have a guest who is against it, are you able to accommodate them and move it another day?

I think they will move to try to avoid lawsuits.

I just don't know where that stops or where that ceiling stops, but because it's still so new, there's probably going to be a lot of money moving into that area as a new vacation spot.
