@David Maldonadoalfaro so we own a 2-unit property in CA with a 2 bd/1 bth front house built in 1948 that is 976 sq ft and a back house that is a detached ADU or Mother in Law unit built in 2007 that is a 1 bd/1bth unit with 640 sq feet.

Find an elderly person or couple with a garage or mother in law unit.
