Google Adwords were great, and you need them to lead to your amazing website (which you have to have!). 

Owners have made a financial decision to put their real property up for auction online because it serves their needs better than listing with a local agent.Hubzu.com is one example of an online real estate website where sellers can list their homes (residential listings only) located in Florida, Texas, California, Georgia and Illinois.

They are on the city's website.

You could also check a few different websites like Craigslist, Zillow, Rentometer, Hotpads, etc to get an idea of what others are charging in your local area.

Hey guys, As many of you Los Angeles investors know, our assessor/appraisal district website sucks.

I recommend the podcasts and the free books/guides (both under the Learn tab on the website).

Some of the websites look a bit questionable though.

After much dialogue via e mail I saw she had another one for sale on her website and a price was agreed for them both.I said I needed a contractor to take a look at the place.
