Aloha,First check the specifics of your OLD rental agreement with regard to ending date AND whether or not it automatically becomes Month-to-Month without new agreement in writing.Check local "Landlord Tenant Laws" to see what minimum requirement is for landlord to change terms/increase rent based on your actual status (are you, per OLD agreement, M-T-M, or was it fixed term that you should have vacated prior to end date or given written notice of YOUR intent to renew, or ?)
