I was curious what are some of the ways RE Agents maintain sustainable income every month between commissions?

Is it better for the LLC to record no depreciation (i.e. carry the real estate on the balance sheet at its fair market value) and then maintain a book-tax difference each year?

but you will need to get your ducks in a row and have finance available so you can act quickly.The key is to concentrate on 1-2 areas and get to know them best... looking at multiple small towns NZ is waste of time IMHO.
