While it is possible they inherited this arrangement, what does everyone think of this?

I currently have 5 multi-family properties and buying cash has been better since deals have been hard to come by but after taking ownership I never took out equity on the properties for various reasons like being a newbie and the units always needed a few repairs, as well dealing with bad inherited tenants.

She really just wants to get rid of it, as it was inherited, and she doesn't want a second mortgage payment. 

Curious as to how inheritance tax works if I inherited multiple properties held in a trust.

I have two inherited tenants on one side of the duplex I am currently house-hacking with my wife.

This was my last tenant I had that i've inherited. 

I will be inheriting one property in the next month that I will turn around and sell immediately and then potentially purchasing 19ac in the next few months (financing the 19ac).

I failed to insist that my PM inspect an inherited tenant every 6 months.

The first was inherited (I had to pay my brother out for the other half) and there is no mortgage on that and it is a rental property that generates a good income.
