Just curious :-)  Hi Cody,We listed on multiple platforms and were able to link all calendars together so a booking from one platform would automatically populate in the calendars for the other platforms we listed with.

The buyer - Zillow.I’m guessing this is through their Zillow Offers platform.

Are you asking if the lender is legit or if the terms are good?

Sounds as if you are off to a good start and this platform has a wealth of information.  

We do 95%+ through VRBO, so although Airbnb seems to be the term many use for vacation rentals, our success is has been on VRBO platform. 

Reach out on this platform, facebook groups, talk to Family& friends and let them know what you are looking for.Also how many people are you connected with who are in real estate?

The problem comes about in finding a good agent not just someone who spent more marketing dollars on whichever platform someone decides to search for an agent on.  

We utilize Propertyware for our management platform and background is run through them. 

They will defend against the claim and determine if it's legit.
