I will warn you that that is a small list and there are literally (and I mean literally) hundreds if not thousands of solutions out there.The other thing I would recommend is you document your process and test the solutions against what is most critical in your existing business process.

Which leads me to my question....Has anyone had any experience/success with getting the bank to let you assume the existing loan?

@Russell Brazil has done the lion's share of the work and the only thing I have to add is that there isn't such a thing a US housing market so from the jump the article is pontificating about something that doesn't exist. 

to the landlord to confirm they 1) agree this is an existing issue and 2) they agree to resolve the issue prior to move in (be specific) and 3) if it arises again while you're a tenant, you won't be held accountable as the "cause" of the infestation. 

I heard the idea was to close up the LLC so the entity doesn't exist anymore should somebody try to come and sue it.
