It has to be hard to get a home-owner to sell to you at a discounted price when everyone and everything is telling them that their junk house is now worth 2-3x what it was in 2019.

So, I tried to help the situation by getting a contractor to go replace the floor and remodel the bathroom so that the house is nicer for her.

I wholesaled three houses in Rhode Island last year.

Offer to sit open houses for agents (you can do this through your state Workplace group), attend eXp’s virtual and live training & networking events and of course work with your Mentor who should be able to best guide you.  

I would do a video walkthrough as well as host open houses and personally invite the neighbors.This listing has the potential to kickstart your entire career into something extraordinary.

What suburbs of dallas would you look into investing that has strong job grow, but prices are not super high.

Massive waste of time and money, my worst decision in my 5 years of real estate investing :).
