If you were able to learn maths, physics and so on at school, why wouldn’t you be able to learn about the stock market, real estate or any other industry that you are passionate about?

We relocated to my hometown of Butler, PA (about an hour north of Pittsburgh) after the decline in the oil and gas industry in 2020 which left us jobless.

Which is how I would feel if someone gave me a decent offer then a significantly lower price after inspection when a lot of what is found should have been obvious to a professional realtor.Especially since this is your market and word of mouth/ relationships/ reputation are so important to the real estate industry and community. 

Which brings me to political sciences, which would include all degrees, but with a governmental twist so that our system could operate without having politicians either come from or go to wall street so that law makers could grasp economic, industrial and corporate functions without having to be connected to them.
