It should be theory and practical steps with implementation instructions, tools, etc. 

I will implement these methods into my own model.  

I'm still curious to see what others say, but I'd argue that you should implement whatever additional steps you start doing into personal investments, too.

If so, what creative ways did you implement in financing your property? 

Cory hasn't posted again, yet maybe, but teaching a subject isn't based on marketing hype and it's a two way street, the teacher has an obligation to introduce the material and resolve questions to a point, the student has an obligation to study, absorb the material and implement what they learn. 

She has implemented many standards you see in apartment communities.  

My firm implements and supports the Solo 401(k), and have done so since 2005.  

He also installed processes and streamlined operations, most notably implementing a computerized automated inventory system and centralizing supply orders at the Atlanta headquarters.Nardelli was credited with doubling the sales of the chain and improving its competitive position.

This has been extremely helpful since it's implementation.

While I still have plenty of work to do and likely several more years of investing to achieve my financial and real estate goals, it now seems quite clear to me that barring some catastrophe, I will be able to methodically and incrementally progress towards my financial goals by implementing my plan, and I now feel confident in my approach regardless of whether the market continues to climb, or if prices fall.
