With gutters, the water shouldn't get too close to the house unless there are strong winds, the land is incorrectly graded or the downspouts are too close to the house.

Bringing in a partner with the funds needed or portfolio loan, talk to more banks it sounds like would be the best option. 

One property is about 3 acres that my main house is on and the other is just land with a well on it and it's about 2 acres.

I have a property that is dadu ready I have a heloc for 227,000 I want to build a dadu with the heloc money but I'm sure the cost is more than my heloc how do I get the rest of the money to finish the build so I could refi after to pay the heloc back could I get a construction loan for 100,000 to help finish the dadu?

A friend suggested setting the high school rating above 7 in the Redfin search engine, along with other filters, for my house search.

The plan for each house that we work on together is that at the end of each project, we split the money three ways. 1/3 toward the designer/real estate professional, 1/3 toward the private money lender, and 1/3 for myself.
