The main downside to syndications is the high minimum investment ($50K+) and learning how to vet syndicators.

I like to own high quality, high profit margin, low maintenance rental properties. 

We qualify for $1M but not sure if it makes sense to invest that high for one STR.

It is not a highly desirable place in Indy, it is more of a low C/D area.

Hey Kyle,I'm not sure about the listing, but a few things to consider would be to offer virtual tours or video walkthroughs of the property to provide prospects with a comprehensive view of the space, especially if in-person viewings are limited or not feasible.

Then when everything with my health was finally normal, my daughter graduated high school and went on to graduate college with top honors.
